The company covers an area of 180 mu, with a factory space of 78,000 square meters. The main raw materials for its production come from post-consumer plastic products and post-consumer textiles, etc. It has an annual output of 300,000 tons of recycled special high molecular new materials, which are widely used in packaging, automotive industry, and home textiles, etc. It is a benchmark enterprise for "new quality productive forces" in the recycled plastic industry.
The company has introduced internationally advanced AI-powered intelligent automated sorting and operating systems, and adopted international advanced production technologies and equipment to achieve efficient and precise processing of recycled resources. It possesses 3A bottle flake production lines, high molecular functional chip production lines, modified high molecular material product production lines, and differentiated recycled special fiber production lines. In addition, the company currently has several sets of industry-leading batch and continuous viscosity-increasing equipment, which can produce functional high-viscosity chip. Through differentiated functional modification, the recycled fibers can be endowed with multiple functions such as high strength, warmth retention, flame retardancy, antibacterial, and anti-aging, meeting the demands of high-end applications.
